Greetings! :)
I’m Sillu from Estonia and I’d like to try to be chosen as the manager of Lietuva.
1. Why am I taking part of the elections?
There are mainly two reasons. One is that I see this job as a new challenge for myself. It’s been two seasons since I was the national team manager of Eesti and I would like to do this job again, but now with a different team. The second reason is that I think I would be the suitable manager for your national team. Lietuva has a very strong national squad and I would like to try to bring as much glory as I can to your country.
2. My club
The last season for my club was very succesful.
I had the greatest achievement in my club’s history when I won the Estonian Cup. The success in the cup came as a big surprise even for myself. Easily and suddenly I found myself in the semi-final, where I had to face the seemingly unbeatable Max United (as I had lost to him a few weeks earlier in the league with a score of 0-10 :P). However, my team performed better than ever and the result was a 2-0 victory over the 5-time Meistriliiga champion and 2-time cup winner of Estonia. The final match ended with the same result as I defeated antoher strong striker trainer, FC Silent Rats.
In Meistriliiga, I had a moderate season. I achieved my goal, though, which was to stay in the top four. I could have been higher up the table, but I sold two of my top strikers during the season and I had to play with some 17-year-old trainees up front at the end of the season.
3. Eesti National Team
Two seasons ago, I ended my duty as the national team manager of Eesti. I held the job for two seasons and after a rather quiet first season, I had an amazing second season. In the first season, Eesti achieved 3rd place in the Qualifications Group C. In the second season, we became 1st in World Cup Group G, winning Scotland. In play-off, we beat Nederland 4-0 and Italia 3-1 before narrowly losing to België 0-1 in the semi-finals. That has clearly been the most succesful World Cup ever for Eesti.
4. Why would you choose me?
• I’ve been playing Sokker for almost 9 seasons, so I’ve got some experience
• I log on every day and I’m usually online and reachable for many hours at evenings
• I know how to make tactics that work like I want them to
• I’ve been the ATT Scout of Eesti national team for two seasons now and I’m familiar with gathering players’ skills and communicating to managers
• I’ve been the manager of Eesti national team for two seasons, in which I led my team to the semi-finals of World Cup
• I’m a forum moderator, so I’m active on forums
• I speak English
5. My promises
• I will take Lietuva through the Qualifications group to the World Cup
• I will make betting competitions with winners able to choose one of their players to play in a national team friendly match to increase users’ interest in their national team
• I will write commentaries after matches and hear the opinions of users
• I will gather players’ skills, either by running a scout system or by communicating with managers by myself – you choose
Thank your for your time. :)
If you find that I would be the best manager for Lietuva then give your vote here ;)

I won't vote for you, because your speech is huge and boring :D
Hmm yeah I know, it's like always :)
I can't help it but I don't know how to say things with using less words :P
Maybe the positive side is that I'd be writing long (hopefully not boring :P) match comments too

Another long and boring writing from me. :P
Now the WC Qualification groups have been drawn, I tried to give a small overview of the teams in Group M, where Lietuva is.
