Bartucha to All

Hello.

My name is Bartek, I'm 30 years old. In the SK I play for 8 years so I've many experience in the game. 27 season in club -> 21 ending with trophy -> 9x gold, 9x silver, 3x bronze. In first season in Polska Ekstraklasa -> silver trophy, last season gold, in this season silver in Champions Cup and 4th in league!

At this time I was a coach NT:
Ireland [2 seasons]
1st -> qualify to WC Finals - first historical for Ireland [from 41 rank in SK].
2nd -> third place in group, brake me 1 goal to qualify in to PO phase.

Poland [4 seasons]
1st -> qualify to WC Finals.
2nd -> 1/4 WC [2 red card -> 14', 24' against Hrvatska], 4 place in Euro u27.
3rd -> qualify to WC Finals.
4th -> bronze in WC Finals, gold in Euro u27.

To sum up my last three seasons:
- gold and silver trophy in Polska Ekstraklasa
- silver trophy in Champions Cup
- bronze trophy in World Cup with Poland
- gold trophy in Euro u27 with Poland
- gold trophy from two tournaments "International Arcade Cup vol 2 and vol 3."

That's my plan for Schweiz:

When it comes to working with the team -> I don't do anything in haste. Everything must be thought out, arranged. As for tactics, I'm versatile. I like to set up new tactics, set in 'the opponent'. There is no one perfect setting. We must constantly seek new solutions:) If I win the NT election I will give it 100% and not disappoint Yours expectations. I count on Yours support.

The plan for the upcoming season is simple:
1) selection players for World Cup Qualifying:
The upcoming season is a time WCQ. So first weeks I would like to use it for orientation in situation of the players in Schweiz and try out tactics in first twice matches in WCQ, for this game we must be prepared for 100%, because it's very important matches in qualify. The first weeks is also the time to find common language with the national managers. I would not do anything against the club managers. It's known that a good atmosphere on the line: coach NT - coach club is very important. I would like to cooperate and not interfere. I hope that this is the way to go.

2) qualify for the WORLD CUP FINALS!:
Currently, Schweiz is 24 in SK Rank. My main plan for the coming season is promoted Schweiz for the TOP 16 and ofcours - qualify to World Cup Finals. It's a pity that there is no Schweiz in TOP16, because qualify to WC would be easier. Easier would be also to fight for high pot in draw for the World Cup groups. Nothing, however, don't change it now. We need to fight:)

That's my vision. If You correspond to this vision of Schweiz - please vote for me. The choice is Yours:) Vote for me, certainly not be wasted vote!

Yours.
Bart.

It's our chocolate? mountains? rolex? lol
Hehe, a bit of everything!;) But 'key word' it's... Swiss banks!:P

but seriously;) I had a break in the lead NT and now I've again wanted to achieve 'something a big' with NT. It seems to me that Schweiz have a lot of potential. Maybe I'll bring a something new to Yours NT. I would not want to impose. We know how hard a person 'from the outside' to win the election. If I succeed it will certainly do everything so that You don't disappoint.

Germany and other countries are better than switzerland. You didn't really answer the question..:)) Why switzerland?:)

Another question:
Do you think you can create tactics with the new engine that should make real advantages. Because some results seemed to be pretty random the last WC...

It seems to me that Switzerland is the perfect place for me. Working with Yours NT is better for me, than running TOP NT [such as Germany]. I was leading Poland 4 seasons and I know how it looks. It's not about pressure. I just want to lead NT who may be the 'dark horse' at the World Cup, and the team is not 'convicted' for gold.

Do you think you can create tactics with the new engine that should make real advantages. Because some results seemed to be pretty random the last WC...

Of course, I can create such tactics. Match engine is more random than the previous one, certainly more difficult. But I won at the Polish Championship, reached the Final CC [shame that the loser in extra time:P], win bronze at the WC and gold in the Euro u27. Nice results for me in last 3-4 seasons.

Speaking of randomn, You probably mean Scotland. Krikos - I know him, I know he can do a good tactic. As You can see as You want it, You can, of course with a little luck.
Personally, I say that there is too much random in match engine. There are games in which even the best tactics no chance against the engine. But according to me tactics it's important.

I've not watched Your matches in group stage at the World Cup - only vs PL I watched [one fatal broken def line and goal - such situations You can not control, shot eff ATT Schweiz too]. In rest game I just saw the results. Generally - two games were a very unhappy. Only Bulgaria won (looking at the statistics) deservedly so. In such match as against Poland and Czech Republic to decide the details in tactics [maybe to high line ATT and more offside? really, I don't know - I don't watched] or just lucky.

Personally, I can only say that I am not convinced to play 4 DEF on this engine. I don't know how the skills have a players in Schweiz - this is key and first point to the tactics create, but as I say - the game in 4 defences is a last resort for me;)

that seems too categoric to me to be honest.
I'd rather say it depends on the opponent!
Some of our best games were played with 4 defenders, just look at these few examples of matches against strong opponents:
against Germany in a freindly
against Argentina in a friendly

Of course, there is no one ideal solution, one ideal tactics. You need to view every game rival, setup, conditional order etc. You have may some templates tactics, but the details need to fine-tune the ball. Generally for me playing the 4 DEF is very risky. Practically everyone has an alternative tactic with winger, and then You know how the game looks. I'm not saying that it doesn't pay to play the 4 defenders. However, it is certainly a risky option. Although the winger is not as useful as the old engine, but when he's is in the right place, can be dangerous in this engine too.

Hey!

We are well known for not responding to posts by our NT-coach. Can you handle it?

If you were able to split 75 skill-points, how would you distribute them for the different positions DEF, DEFMID, MID, winger and wingback? (I'm not asking for stamina, goalkeeping or scoring. For the winger you may start with a realistic value of at least 10 for the defending-skill.)

Thanx for the answers! Seems reasonable to me.

According to the new engine and probability.. good point well made.
