Subject: [U21] Die Qualifikation

Well, now that the WCQ ended, Now will be the time I'm really going to test tactics!


The season was very boring because the calendar has given us few of friendly options! And as I saw that our group was not there much, I did not change nothing! Shame would not participate in the U21WC, but I ask my apologies for my disappearance!

I applied in elections again because my goal after all was participating in the U21WC! And I want to try my last chance to achieve something in this competition! Who knew saw that in the match against Croatia put the U20 team to give an extra training on the players and the 1st friendly to test the team is vs Brazil, a good team for testI will do different tests! You will not see any centralized 4-4-2! haha! :p

Well Woody, but you just get only 2 times (options) against Paraguay to test some tactics. But you still played with the same WMQ-Tactic against Paraguay (our friendly game).

After 3-4 WMQ-games you disappeared from here. I found that there was little shame. We, the community, love to know what is happening with our U21. But we all are mostly "silent reader". Remeber that!

So, I hope, you will write some nice previews and reports about the WC! And you are right. You have reached the goal completely and I saw that we already played with the U20 against Croatia.

For the WC you have to change (and optimize) the tactics. It won't be easy as ever xD

Nonetheless, you'll get my vote and probably we still play against each other in the DACH-Cup. Don't forget that.

"evil tongue" even claim that the win of the dach cup is more important than the WC :P

Yes, you are absolutely right! I was wrong to keep quiet like a mute man! But from now on I will explain everything possible! Until now because it will stay cool! :)

Yes! The U21WC is not easy like this WCQ group! It will all be very different!

And I already talked this week with Moppi about the DACH-Cup, if you do not win the U21WC, I will try to win all matches for 5-0 in DACH-Cup! :p

Auffallend geringe Wahlbeteiligung bei der U21....zumindest bis jetzt. Keiner Lust oder Mut sich zu bewerben?

Ich finde halt, dass der Coach der die Quali geschafft hat auch die WM machen soll.
Darum wird Woody von mir trotz Kommunikationsschwäche die Stimme erhalten.
Und King-Karl hat einen tollen Leistungsausweis, gibt sich viel Mühe und daher ist auch seine Wahl klar für mich.

Meine Stimme bekommt er nicht. Kein Wahlversprechen eingelöst. Nicht aktiv im Forum und immer die selbe Taktik. Ausserdem Spieler mit mieser Form auf dem Feld... als Folge der immer selben Aufstelleung halt... schlussendlich werden die paar schon abgegebenen vermutlich reichen, aber wenn sonst noch jemand motiviert wäre, meine Stimme hätte er!

Hätte mir auch mehr erwartet, aber mal ehrlich: wer sieht sich denn die Spiele an und würde allfällige Vorbericht lesen? Da dies wenige sind, hat er meine Stimme, ausser es meldet sich noch ein motivierter Schweizer.

Ich sehe es halt so, dass der NT die User auch motivieren muss.
Ich habe immer probiert, mit den Vorberichten die User zum Spiele-Schauen motivieren.
Und wenn es dann 3-4 machen, ist das doch cool.
Sonst brauchen wir ja auch keine Nationalmannschaft.

Mir geht's eigentlich nicht in 1. Linie um die Vorberichte, auch wenn man hier halt auch was liefern sollte, wenn man es verspricht. Aber wenn einer neu ist und nur 1 Aufstellung kann und nicht mal in Friendlies oder gegen den Gruppenletzten mal etwas neues bringt, dann ist man als NT Coach einfach fehl am Platz, bzw. dann sollte man es besser lassen. Da sich das kaum ändern wird, würde ich eine motivierte Schweizer Lösung bevorzugen!
