Let's use this topic for the news about the friendly matches, the U21 World Cup and the DACH-Cup (end of season)



Our first challenge before the start of the U21WC is Brazil, a good team for test our U20 team! (For now is U20 :p), we will test some things and review what may or may not improve!

A fair result, a win over Brazil (2-1), The team did a great match... Our defense was very well positioned forcing Brazil to have to make long distance shots! I liked the two tactics and victory was suffered because the chances we had and wasted (P.K., 1 on 1....)

Tomorrow we will do another test for a U21WC, a U21 friendly vs Perú... Peru was the first country of which I became U21 coach... so... it's special for me! hehe.....
I hope that the tests are pleasing to my eyes and did not occur injuries!

The 2nd time against Zhongguo. Portugal is the favorit of the group and we should beat Mexico.

Yuhuu, mein ehemaliger Jugispieler Ramseier trifft heute. Hoffentlich trifft er auch während der WM!

I liked what I saw, however due to my lack of confidence thinking that had made all the right changes, I forgot to put in the match 2 players and I could not see how going to be the performance of our secret weapon! (Woody, you are soooo dumb... u.u)

So in the next match he will already start playing to avoid another stupid move!



But about the match...!

I liked the performance of our team with the two tactics! Peru is not an easy opponent for what I saw, They pressed very well our team, but... our opportunities were much more dangerous! Spahr was really good and gave a perfect pass for the first goal! Our defense was very good, we were very secire despite Peru pressure and so the victory was deserved! If the team play like this in the U21WC, we have everything to make a big campaign (maybe a gold trophy? :p)

Tomorrow we will do our last test for the U21WC! I hope not the team has no problem with injuries! :)

Hey guys! This week we will have a U20 match vs Italy! I will not play with the U21 team to avoid unnecessary injuries (It is coach's job to take care of their players, because this players have owners) so... I already sent some sk-mails for updates and if you have a good 19, 20-yo player, update in the database or just sent by sk-mail for me! :)

No injuries of Swiss u21 players this week!

My friends, the time has come! The U21 World Cup will starts tomorrow and we will fight for the title ( I know it has much stronger teams than ours, but... i I never played something without intending to win! ) Our first victim is México, a team trained by a brazilian too! Fernando Mattos had a great job in México and he is expected with the next coach of Brazil for next season!
