Ach ja, btw, der Titelverteidiger Rumänien musste heute einen sehr empfindliche Niederlage einstecken, denn diese Niederlage bedeutet bereits, dass Rumänien weder den 1. noch den 2. Platz in seiner Gruppe belegen wird.

Despite the defeat by 4 goals, until we did not play badly! The four goals were because our 19yo goalkeeper not have much skills and a bench defense! We played with only 3 starters, so... not a bad result for a 'B team' !

Man spielt nicht mit B-Team gegen stärkere! In jedem Spiel hatte Portugal höheres Rating, als alle.
Das macht man nur, wenn man Hand reichen will, so dass evtl. Portugal weiter kommen kann!

The important thing was not to injure our best options for the next stage which will be much more important than a match that was not worth anything at all! We had no injury in that match! I have balls but none of them are crystal! That's why the B team played today!

Ich hätte evtl. auch mit dem B-Team gespielt um Verltzungen für das nächste viel wichtigere Spiel zu verhindern. Auch hatte es Mexiko ja in der eigenen Hand um weiter zu kommen. Somit hat Woody ja auch nichts verfälscht.

Die Niederlage ist somit vertretbar.

Ja, absolut. Ich sehe den Einsatz der B-Mannschaft absolut berechtigt. Unser 1. Platz war fast kaum wegzunehmen. So oder so wäre Portugal ausgeschieden. Ausserdem konnten wir unsere Spieler schonen, sei es für gelbe Karte, rote Karte oder Verletzungen.

vllt verlieren wir ein paar Rankingpunkte, aber was solls? Wenn der Preis Pokal ist, ist das doch gut ;)

Bin gespannt wie es weiter geht.

Nun wenn er Spahr, Ramseier etc. opfert, sehe ich es nicht ganz gleich....:(

I do not sacrifice Spahr and Ramseier because we did not have better options to replace them in place while I wanted to win or draw this match, despite using the B team!


I could have put Ribi, Alt for preserve more options, but they were low form! But that now is not important! The important thing is to win every match from now! :)

I think Mexico is the easiest lot you could get. So quaterfinals are possible. Everything else is no option.
