Subject: [U21] Red3x

Hi everyone, my name isRed3x.

As a title I am participating as a candidate for your national U21.
I am appreciated in some countries for the work and commitment I put in when I was their national coach and I would be happy to make it available to you and for this national team.

I play since 2012 and have been a coach:

- Malaysia U21 coach for 1 season.
- Island NT coach for 2 seasons.
- VietNam U21 coach for 3 seasons.
With Vietnam I won 2 mini wordl cups with U20 players
- Italy U21 coach for 1 season.
With Italy I managed to qualify first in the group for the final round of the world cup.

I have so many tactics I have used with weak players and very strong players.
Thanks to these tactics I won and held team heads much stronger than I am and hope that with these tactics give you wins and a nice game.

I hope you vote me as your coach in Switzerland U21.

1) Switzerland is a great team.
Although you are 90 users, i see the commitment you have to keep this nation strong. I really like this.
When I was training Italian I happened to see some Swiss player stronger than someone I had in Italy.
The first reason I'm here and that, I've trained Switzerland's weaker nationals, playing well and making me appreciate but I never had that extra boost that I needed to win something and give important wins to an important national like Switzerland.

2)The Swiss is now 15th in rank, and I think it can do much harm to high rank teams, because as a national non lacks nothing compared to others.
My dream is to win the world cup, if I could win with the Swiss I would be happy and I would be happy to give you that cup of the world.
Is my dream too ambitious? Surely it is so, but I will do everything to get to the top.

I'm sorry that I do not know how to speak your language properly.
If I do, I will try to learn it, but you can rest assured that I will try to be present for any of your questions, doubt and maybe to exchange four words between friends :D
