Da bin ich anderer Meinung. General ist ein sehr guter Coach. Ich halte das 2-2 für ein gutes Resultat.
Übrigens, von den drei U20-Miniworldcups (Mamma-Mia-Cup), mit mehr als 60 Teilnehmern, sind mir 2 Manager aufgefallen. Du mit Vietnam und General mit Cuba. Für mich war es ein Spitzenspiel und das 2-2 geht in Ordnung.

Armin Kammer saved your ass :P. But yeah, Cuba was strong, too and it wasn't easy for us. However, it was your first match and it's normal.
Against Cuba, we lost a lot of key of tackling in the MID's and our defense wasn't disciplined enough (especially 1. tactic, we had some big gaps?? why?). But our offensive was nice and we created a lot of goal chances and Kammer was very nice.

The first 45 minutes were tiring, but the other 45 minutes went great to win the game and bringing home the first 3 points.
I was very happy that with 5 shots we made 3 goals, especially because our adversary has been presented with a very advanced defense 5.
However, I was a bit disappointed with the defense, because we have suffered too much in my opinion.
Now there will be friendly matches and with this excuse will try to improve our defensive line.

Why Nate Urwyler has a higher physical fitness than Armin Kammer.
But Nate Urwyler has a lower resistance than Armin Kammer.
For this reason i wanted that playing all 2 to keep an attack force always active.

What do you mean by physical fitness? Kammer is way better than Urwyler in any aspect. If at all Urwyler should come on for Clerici.
