It is a good idea that the matches of the U21 national team are played on the pitches that users want to make available.
As for the official matches of the U21 national team, I will try to choose a field that will help the team in getting a good result.

Regarding another candidacy, it is very good that there are still people who want to sacrifice their personal time and give it to the U21 national team. This means that there is interest in the results of the national team in the community and helps to raise the quality level of the game and of the players. And if there is interest from the community it is good, it means that young players with good qualities will appear and we will be able to keep the Swiss U21 national team in the world rankings.
And competitiveness helps to maintain a high level of competence.

So, I think it's a very good thing that this is happening and I want to welcome the initiative of the opposing candidate.

I don't know what to say. At the moment I admit that we do not have a very good generation of players, the pool from which I can choose a competitive first 11 is very limited.

I want to thank all the users who voted in these elections.
After that, I want to thank you for your trust. I want to achieve good performances, but, unfortunately, this generation is not the most promising and I will try to finish in the first two places in the group.

This time is hard to find.
If you are not tired of the same manager at U21, if the good things I did at Switzerland U21 were more than the bad things, then you can re-elect me as manager of the U21 team.

You know me, who I am and what results I can do in sokker. I am very proud that two of the three trophies of the Swiss U21 national team are won during my tenure as manager. Also, in my mandates, the Swiss U21 national team was not absent from the final edition of the World Cup (since 23.07.2018).
In addition to the two trophies won, Switzerland U21 also played in two other World Cup quarter-finals; last season's quarter-final against Poland U21 was dramatic, and the future world champions need to go at penalties shoot-out to qualified against us. We could have won on penalties just as well, but, after all, the Poles are the inventors of sokker :)
In the end, I managed to make Switzerland U21 a national team respected worldwide, and that matters a lot. I don't know what will happen from now on, with the new rules in sokker that seem to be designed to drive users away, not keep them, but all in all, I'm proud of what we've achieved here, and apart from the fact that I didn't communicate in German because I don't know the language, just usual words, I hope there are no important things that can be blamed on me.

I want to thanks for swiss community that give me the chance to be Schweiz U21 manager for so many seasons, and I hope I performed honorably in this position.

I am still proud that two of the three trophies of the Swiss U21 national team are won during the time when I was manager.
Also, in my mandates, the Swiss U21 national team was not absent from the final edition of the World Cup.
