@Thank you all, it was a very tight game last evening, but we have manage well the second half.
Congratz, Roham, you destroy Turkey, who have few very good players and awsome result in the group stage.
Seems like the game want to give us the most difficult opponent:

Our defense was very compact and in the attack we were dangerous.
Now the next highlight against Poland! Good luck, I think with a great tactic and some luck we will have a chance...

I am sorry for this result.
For the first time since I played sokker, I was ashamed for the way my defenders work in the defense phase.. Four big defensive mistakes, first in the first minute of the game, second very soon, the last was one pass to the opponent who scores easyly, and everything its over.
I have to see if my tactics were wrong - and in this case I have to take a break from the game.
I want to thanks all users who train for Schweiz U21, and help our National Team to played Quarter-finals of World Cup. I gonna sent off plyares of generation U21, but monday, after championship games, and I start to find players U19 and U20.

You made a very strong worldcup-run and it´s not a mistake to loose against Poland. Against Poland one has to take risks (and you took risks) and nobody knows if the plan will work (today it didn´t).
Btw congratulations about your check-mate-offside trap last week. ;)
Today you may be sad about loosing to Poland, but tomorrow you have to consider the whole run of your U21 in this worldcup. Imho a great achievement for you and for the small but strong swiss community.

I know I made some mistakes, and I am sorry that I dont try to play with Poland weakness in defence.

There is nothing to speak badly. Poland was was stronger in almost every position, a victory would have been a big surprise.
Also the game was not so bad. We had some chances and we made a goal. Our defensive had trouble against the strong forwards but that was to be expected. Thank you very much for your great work vacarul and congratulations to the quarterfinal!

We are ready for a new World Cup qualifying campaign. This time, the qualification group is more affordable than the previous ones.
So.. we have Mexico, Rossiya, China, Lëtzebuerg and Cameroun. So we are not allowed to take wrong steps. I will try to win all the matches in the group, in order to rank 1st and to be part of the first value ballot box in the draw for the world cup.
Let the qualifying games begin!
