Subject: [U21] Road to World Cup
I wrote my last comment, since I hadn't watched the match live. Now after seeing it I'm quite struggling with the bad luck a Swiss football team always seams to have :(. Anyway, a silber medal is great anyway! Fantastic job, vacarul! Keep your head up and do it again ;)

Sure, it was a great campaign and we are so close to the gold.
With a little care, this things can happend again, to the next World Cup U21.
And in sports we always say: ”Did you win? keep going! you lose? keep going!” (Pierre de Coubertin, who also as saying ”L'émulation est l'essence du football.” )
In this sense, I believe/ hope that this silver medal has created an emulation in the Swiss community so that new exceptional generations of players will appear, who, in the end, will bring the world title. To U21 or NT.
So.. I want to thanks to all schweiz users for cooperation. I hope I didn't exaggerate by asking again and again for the skills of their the players.
I want to thank all the users who understood me and offered me all the help, especially slamtam, llankru - him grows up an exceptional generation of defenders, Phate, larsek, Albert, freyma, sterffu, Juere.
Without their help, silver medal would not have been possible.

Surprisingly, the best striker left the field early. Barely after his substitution, Switzerland received two goals.
However, the qualification is still feasible, but we must not lose any more points. And yes, the update of the players in the DB must be done.

Yes, it is my fault here and only my make a mistake here, I loose that game using the second tactic.
But the best striker have only 7 in stamina, and left the field in min.78. Also, Disler have 6 in stamina and his substitution needed, Untersee have 8 and play for the entire game. Til Honegger have 5, Enzian have 4.
I ask for all users who traind schweiz players to train one week, just one week, stamina, but some users do this, another dont.
It is easy to play without stamina against some medium teams, but against Uruguay and other very good teams, like Moldova, it is hard and the last minutes can change the final result, like in our game against Polska.

I don t like this situation. Maybe this time Schweiz U21 do not qualified for Wold Cup, and everybody who train will understand the necesity of stamina in U21 matches.
Another thing: I send a lot of sk-mail to the owners who trained schweiz players. Of course, some of them, over a half, never answers- no maters from where are them. Some of them write to me they do not trained what player have needs, of course, they all have training plan.

Das Resultat war sehr überraschend und eine demütigend für die U21 der Schweiz.
Man sieht schon, dass die DEF-Generation von llankru oder sterffu fehlt. Ich stimme auch zu, dass Kondition eine Rolle spielt. Ich baue jetzt eine Woche Kondition für die Spieler ein...
Das mit dem Update! Das tut uns sehr leid. Ich würde gerne mehr helfen, aber ich führe schon eine U21 und ich helfe wo ich kann, aber wir sollten mal das genauer anschauen und das Scouting wieder am laufen zu bringen. Es ist möglicherweise, dass wir mit einer ungewöhnlichen schwachen Generation spielen. Jetzt wird die Qualifikation sehr schwierig, aber immer noch machbar.
