Subject: [U21] Road to World Cup
After a disspointed 1-1 against India, I can say this is the weakest trained generation of Schweiz U21 I ever have.
Only a few users train correctly for U21, but many users who have Swiss U21 players - no matter their nationality - train disproportionately, chaotically, skills and so we have players insufficiently prepared for this level.
For those who can and have players in the U21 national team, just on level extra of stamina is welcome.
These days I will try to convey to each user who has a player who is likely to be selected for the U21 national team what is good to train for his player.

Yes, India are played very defensive and they have luck with our GK at their goal, of course I make some mystakes in our defensive positions, but quality of our players in attack is not what we want. Unfortunaltelly.

Today, Albania was the best team. He had much better players than ours in almost every compartment. We dont have GK like them, midfielders like them, strikers like them. We only have three better defenders than the Albanians, but one of them was missing today due to lack of form. I wish I had a decent midfielder to play with. But our best (decent) midfielder, has stamina at level 4. Obviously, the owner will not train stamina this week, he has no obligation to the Schweiz U21 national team.
Next opponent, Uruguay, has much better players them Albania. I don't know how we will manage next Saturday's game, it will be a very difficult game.
One point could qualify us for the World Cup. I hope we get it.

It looks like we still have to tremble for the last round. This was probably one of the weakest years. How does it look for the U20? Is this generation a bit better than the current one?
We are not doing very well in the U20 generation either. Apart from defenders, we don't have goalkeepers and midfielders, and the forwards are below the level of the U21 generation.
Instead, we have two promising U19 goalkeepers, we also used them in these preliminaries, and a very interesting U19 striker, with growth possibilities.
I would like the community to be a little more involved, to have a few midfielders to use and to ensure the transition between defense and attack, and to have a choice between three or four attackers with a score of 38-39 at the beginning of age.21 years old. I would like Llankru not to remain the only user who knows how to raise generations of defenders. The man does an exceptional thing, just like you do with the growth of some exceptional strikers. But these are the exceptions that strengthen the rule that we have too few users in the community who get involved. And non-involvement has led to today's situation, in which we are dominated by three out of four compartments by Albania and Uruguay. As it happened in the previous preliminaries with Moldova, better than us in the middle and goalkeepers, but we were equal with them in the strikers.
I also asked for the help of some Romanian users, who tried to help me and delivered some decent players (like the striker who scored our goal yesterday), but they see their own game and management plans. It helps me in terms of the possibilities they have in those moments.
After the game against Uruguay we have to see where it went wrong, where we can improve and who is willing to help so that we do not go through a situation like the current one.

That was ultra close. India did us a disservice by not losing 3-0 to Albania, but also scoring 3 goals themselves, making our qualification at the World Cup a fact!

The U21 World Cup started today.
Schweiz U21 won first match against Serbia U21 with 3-1. A good result, which can help us advance in the knockout matches. Of course, if we win one of the next two games.
For advance in the second phase, we need to update the players in the database, and we also need the skills of good players who are not in the database.

Ich werde mich hier bemühen einige Datensätze aus unserer DB zu aktualisieren!
Wie vacarul rufe ich alle dazu auf, dabei zu helfen, die Skills der Spieler auf dem neusten Stand zu halten. Ihr könnt die Skills auch direkt den Scouts schicken!

I thank llankru for coaching whole generations of defenders who helped me perform at U21 Switzerland. Also, thanks to Hawkmoon, Anita99, and the other users who understood how to train players to be eligible for U21.
Many other users did not understand that players must follow a certain training program in order to give the best performance.
After today's match, when I was defeated by the personal mistakes of the defensive, I am seriously thinking if I can find motivation for the next game.
I don't like to prepare a match in the smallest details and lose it due to mistakes that do not belong to the prepared tactics.
The worst part is that I dont have other players.
I don't want to find anyone guilty here, the only one who made a mistake is me ... or, that means I'm overwhelmed by the game engine.
