If you have a credit card you don't need any Swiss francs i think. It should be possible to pay in EUR everywhere and if not you can use your credit card! Maybe a small amount of CHF! But if you buy CHF, think about that you just take the bills back home. We have coins for 5 CHF what is nearly 5 EUR at the moment and your bank will not take them at home! So this money would be lost!

I would try it without CHF. Just use EUR!

but you need to know that in every time you pay with credit card the bank take twice, for payment abroad and for changing the coin, so i will keep the card only for extract money, but a few CHF i think will help.
