this question is a bit off the topic but can we advertise other people's players for them, because my friend is busy for like the whole week and he cant advertise so i suggested that i would do it for him, is it allowed?

How would you do it without the players skills?

I'm just thinking if I want to try to buy him. I'm not sure what kind of return I could get from training him if he costs as much as 2.5 million+.

with just pace training you might not raise his value much.
for that player you might want to have a great hc and really good assistants. he will be more than a monster in the age of 22. and imho he will fetch around 4M pounds.

The head-coach isn't the problem. Nor is decent assistants.
