1 year won't matter on that guy, so sell now and use the money at the end of the season. I am not sure you will get much for him though maybe 100k at most

1 more thing if Dunne or West had perhaps one more pop in pace do you think it would make any difference?

it would, but youd be better of selling them both and getting 2 younger players that would improve more during that time
