nope.
2008-01-17 11:42:42
LOL well I thought that would be the answer, guess I will keep and hope for random pops. ;)

Mieczysław Herbski, age: 19
value: 202 950 £, wage: 1 515 £
club: Longfield Tigers, country: Polska
brilliant form, excellent tactical discipline
bookings:

formidable stamina, tragic keeper
incredible pace, solid defender
formidable technique, average playmaker
good passing, excellent striker

What about this guy, he is incredibly talented. Do you think he has the potential to become an NT player? His Technique pops in 3 weeks.
2008-01-17 11:54:17
get his tech to outstanding and sell next season, you will easily get 2mil probably 2.5.

HAs he ever randomed in striker? if you can train that to outstanding and he is worth 3mil

Well the thing is he is so talented that I want to train him longer term, he can spearhead my attack for the next 3 seasons I think.

For £2.5m I would not want to sell him really, I don't know if that makes sense, but I have a couple of older trainees who I would sell first before him.

He is due a random in Striker. What would an all round 3x Magical be worth? There is nothing on the TL to go by....

i would talk about his worth, when time has come. right now i would say 3x magical, depending on how many managers were interested, should go for around 15M €, should be around 10M pounds.
anyhow if he has talent and fits your training plan, allways keep them. the market will not be satisfied with that kind of players in the near future;-)
2008-01-17 12:26:48
Ok thank you, he is my best trainee and he does fit in with my future training plan. I have 2 older trainees who I can sell before him, and the next batch are a bit short on all round quality to come in to the first team just yet. I would love to get him up to NT quality but I just do not know if thats a possibility as the Polish NT is so good! I ask about his worth as I like to plan ahead, there is nothing on the market until I put in Incredible for the 3 striker strengths, they are old too.
2008-01-17 12:30:33
polish nt-strikers should be divine in pace, tech and striker, or at least close to it. so it´s a hard way to go.

the value is difficult to say as tf-market might change and afaik nobody can look into future.

this is my long term trainee! pops in pace next week and randoms in tech soon

Jeffrey Steur, age: 17
value: 51 750 £, wage: 465 £
club: The Super Furry Gerbils, country: Nederland
outstanding form, weak tactical discipline

poor stamina, tragic keeper
adequate pace, hopeless defender
excellent technique, poor playmaker
tragic passing, good striker
2008-01-17 13:04:59
He is nice. ;) Did he have proven talent? Also how fast does he pop?

Gives me an idea of worth on my 2 17 yr olds too as they are Outstanding in Technique next week. One is good in striker and weak in pace however. The other is adequate in pace and average striker. I bought them as 16 yr olds last season, the one above I bought at 16 too. I seem to have been lucky with my 16 yr old purchases by the looks of it.
2008-01-17 13:05:28
my long term trainee:

formidable stamina, tragic keeper
incredible pace, good defender
incredible technique, weak playmaker
excellent passing, incredible striker

aged 21;-)
2008-01-17 13:08:27
show off :P
2008-01-17 13:10:52
he was 4 weeks to excellent tech with rubbish coaches! but he is one pop away to going to formidable so hopefully will random before the end of the season! but im hoping to get him to outstanding tech in 3 weeks when i train tech next season. but pace should pop 2 weeks to good and maybe solid, but 3 weeks from then i should think
2008-01-17 13:19:11
he came out of my youth-school like this:

unsatisfactory stamina, tragic keeper
solid pace, average defender
very good technique, hopeless playmaker
solid passing, very good striker

18 yo;-)

it´s so much fun to train young talented players long term. they become studs and you can see every step of it. even if he is polish, wdp will have so much fun on his pops and, only the lord can know, maybe he will play for poland;-)
2008-01-17 13:24:08
nice this was my junior today i was thinking of training as a striker as i have no english ones :( but his talent was only 4.5 so i will probably train as a attacking mid

Andy Hardbattle, age: 18
value: 59 850 £, wage: 810 £
club: The Super Furry Gerbils, country: England
very good form, tragic tactical discipline

poor stamina, hopeless keeper
very good pace, hopeless defender
solid technique, average playmaker
good passing, adequate striker
2008-01-17 13:35:45
It depends on your youth coach what level is he? If hes Magical then 4.5 is not great but I would say with an Outstanding YC 4.5 seems fairly talented.

@Mariokles....I bought him when I first joined here as a 16 yr old for 10k, I had no idea what I was doing at the time, or of his talent. I have just watched him pop so quickly and yes it has been really fun! :)

Thats half the reason why I want to keep him too, also I need a forward who will scare some series II teams, even if it is by a little amount.
