Waiting for the new season is nearly always best in my opinion especially if the players are under 20 and you are waiting for pops.

Though perhaps people may be more attracted to that 16yo now rather than the new season...

as he's 19, and has some low secondaries, i'd say train him.

put this guy up last week and was quoted 1.5miol, now that he has hit excellent tech and if he had excellent pace?
