Subject: VALUATIONS thread

I've got a player due a pop tomorrow, when he pops he will look like this.

average stamina poor keeper
solid pace weak defender
excellent technique very good playmaker
unsatisfactory passing formidable striker

he's 20 years old. how much do you reckon ?

I'm not very good at strikers but i would imagine between 500k and 800k?

cool, I bought him 3 months ago for 100k, so that's been worthwhile then :)

You'll make a nice profit if you can squeeze another pop out of him and sell in the new season. Perhaps 500k is more realistic on second thoughts,but you never know

@DJ - I think you're in the ballpark, this guy went for 575k yesterday...

i bought an almost identical player a few weeks back for 700k, only difference is in def, and pm where yours is a bit higher.

Has popped 3 times in pace over 3 weeks, and was a 4 week popper to Incredible defence. Any ideas on value?

I wasn't totally sure ;-) i think about £500k,though perhaps a tad more with def talent proof

Thats disappointing for a 19 yr old price wise I mean. I think I will keep him for longer in that case.

I will just state now that i hope nobody takes my prices as gospel...i don't a lawsuit filed against me for loss me earnings or anything! Perhaps a tad more but he needs more pace and some pm and as you know, pace will begin to slow up even more when he's 20

True but hes a talented chappy.

Maybe i undervalued him because i might be slightly interested...;-) seriously tho, it seems as if people are too scared to valuate in here, either that or they actually have lives

Well I try to valuate too, I am just rubbish at it....thats why I always ask for other valuations as well. ;)
