Subject: VALUATIONS thread

2009-02-23 13:57:26
I'm finding this conversation interesting because I have this 22 year old...

formidable stamina tragic keeper
brilliant pace (+.5 ?) very good defender
brilliant technique weak playmaker
adequate passing incredible striker (+.25 ?)

I'm currently trying to work out how long it would take to get him to 3 * unearthly. I'm guessing he'll be 24 by then.

My guy is very talented, he popped in 7 weeks to Unearthly pace so I would expect it would take around 9 weeks for your guy to be Unearthly pace?

Another 10 - 11 weeks for tech to be unearthly.

Woops just saw the points....what does that mean? I took it as pace +5 trainings?

I would say it will be 25 roughly when he is at that level, I think mine will be around that age if all goes well. Injuries can scupper things badly though.

it means, he's halfway to the next pop. He took 5 weeks to get to brilliant technique if I recall correctly, not that it gives much of a clue how long the next pop will take, at least not to me, I get nose bleeds around outstanding/incredible level usually and sell on.

I think he will take 1 week longer.

Therefore 3 weeks to Magical and 7 or 8 to Unearthly Pace. (11)

I think 11 weeks to Unearthly tech and.......(11)

I also think around 14 weeks to Unearthly Striking. (14) (total 36 weeks??)

Thats just over 2 season. Lets assume you have half a season now, then 1 at 23 yrs old and another at 24, so he will be 25 yrs old as good as.

Does that sound feasible?

Thanks jimmy.. then I will keep him to train him in pace and sell later.

It sounds like something I can live with, he's my best striker, so will be playing regardless.

Nice players indeed. Please add them to the Future Threads. ;)

The first one 500k at least imo.

The 2nd one 700k at least.

Wragg will be one of our best 17 yr old forwards and I guess Cottle will be up there for 18 yr old mids too.
