I would hazard a guess at around 250k, but I've not been involved with the market for a while. Good all round skills, but a tad old and no front line skill. Maybe if you trained his passing up he'd be worth more as a 21 year old ?

Ta. I'll have to think about the passing, I was scheduled to do a season of Tech next.

if only one player will benefit, i'd sell and bring in a low tech player to improve.
