to a pace trainer, quite a lot i'd imagine. maybe 500 - 750 k ? if you're training pace yourself though, keep him and train him as high as you can.

oh, and what standard is your junior coach ? If he's formidable, then that player could be very talented.

probably a large increase. Doughnut Jimmy will be able to tell you by how much I suspect, but with a magical youth coach, it would have meant that his talent was average. With a formidable or outstanding youth coach however, you might well have a player who is getting on for 3.5 talent with a magical + youth coach at a guess. Do you train pace ? Actually, I'd be tempted to keep him and train him in whatever you're doing at the time...

His "true" talent is probably about 3.75 at best which is pretty good. I think you have grossly over valued him though. He's probably worth about half i reckon.

i dont follow the markets as much as i should, so the message to cavey would be to train that player until he is worth a lot more then.
