I will train his tech before I sell him not his pace though because I aint training pace at all anymore.

I don't think he's worth £750k, but if you're not prepared to train his pace i'd sell him now personally.

Will I get at least 300k if i was to train his tech and playmaker because thats what I am planning to do...

I think if he gets to 22 and still has good pace his value is going to dwindle. You might make him more valuable if you train his tech a couple of levels. Not much point in any more playmaker considering his pace. I think £300k is about right.

I think this is another part of my sokker manager training where I just have to experiment with this player and see what happens. Going to keep him till he is 23 and see what happens when I sell him.

I can tell you sure that if you don't train his pace in that period you will regret it. But you are the manager :-)
