Dont laugh..... he has very good. His best skills are:

very good of pace good of defender
incredible of technique incredible of playmaker
outstanding of passing excellent of striker

I'd estimate 3.8

I go by 0.2 per level of coach

he must be destroyed!

and replaced with something like this (they are cheap as chips)

poor stamina weak keeper
unearthly pace weak defender
average technique average playmaker
average passing average striker

for instance this guy is on the trainer transfer market

I would love too but struggled with the pennies for a while - I seem to maintain a - £150,000 bank balance. Got a nice striker that I will sacrafice if I have to!!lol

... So having a poor coach would have a better effect because he has Unearthly in Pace? When I first started out I had something similar and some players sufferred plops in other skills that were very weak on my Head coaches CV! Im confused now.... what to do!lol

head coaches should be judged by their individual skills - you should only get plops (apart from stamina) due to old age - over 32 years old

assistant and youths coaches should be judged by overall appraisal

so get an head coach unearthly in the skill you train - or in 2 or 3 skills that you will train if you can afford it. Better side skills will mean more random pops but this doesn't make up for doubled training time of the main training !

Out of interest, any idea on how much this young man could bring in? He was a 4.33 talent in the YT with an Excellent TC. Came out as Outstanding +2
