Out of interest, any idea on how much this young man could bring in? He was a 4.33 talent in the YT with an Excellent TC. Came out as Outstanding +2

maybe 200-300k, i'd be willing to give this as a starting price but others might disagree

Thanks Kipper, only been in my squad 2 weeks and he's popped in tech already. I train tech too so he is really ideal for my future plans!!

keep him then and train. Whats your head coach's tech skill like? If you can prove talent i.e. takes 1-2 weeks to poor then he will be worth a bit more and especially if he gets some randoms

Bought this guy in an emergency to cover injury + red cards 2 weeks back, but don't need him anymore...

i think your 3rd assistant is a better head coach. What are they're wages?

HC = wage: 14 280 £
1 ass = wage: 14 565 £
2nd ass = wage: 9 405 £
3rd ass = wage: 14 925 £

Keep him mate. He's talented and worth at least £500k. If you need cash sell someone worse/less talented/not english.

any chance of a valuation on my OAP...

With the added expense of my new brilliant YC my outgoings on coaches wages are just over £71k, my weekly sponsorship covers this outlay. However, my YS expense is nearly £20k per week (long term investment though) and all the other little bits all add up. If I dont play any home games on the Sunday or Wednesday then I'm losing about £45k but when I play both home matches then I make approx £15k. I realise it's a loss over a 2 week period but I need to stay and compete in DivIII. It's a difficult weighing up process.

Thanks for the advice.....I have a dilemma though, 1 long term injury and 2 suspensions have severley weakened my first 11. I also have 5 other players on 2 yellow cards and the annoying thing is that they never get quashed at the season end, it's a bit like a ticking bomb waiting to explode!!

I think he's worth between £200k-£300k. I wouldn't wait til the new season but perhaps as far as the qualifiers. He'd be the perfect stop gap ;-)
