2 weeks to weak, poor and average pace. Any ideas?

1.5 - 2 million as a guess. 1 pop on striker, a season of training in technique, 1 on pace, and you can easily double that.

He is currently surlpus to requirements, so may have to be sold as is..

Any chance of just attempting the valuation before, out of courtesy?

200 k ? He "looks" talented / well rounded, but doesn't have a solid or very good that would really bump up the price.

I always pay too much for 16-18 year olds, so I was hoping someone else would weigh in. I can tell you what I paid for someone very similar, which was £637k although I think he was 16.

Cheers guys, i got him as a 16yo for £100k with YS talent graph of 4 but only one pop so could be higher or lower than that.

probably about 400k, maybe 450k.

I've seen some excellent 18 year olds with better secondaries go for over a million in the last few days. I'd be tempted to train him in pace if I were you, an Excellent / Excellent / Solid 19 year old might be worth more.
