Subject: VALUATIONS thread

2009-09-24 08:10:03
Can someone tell me how much I can expect for this guy? He has talent 4 with just a Outstanding Junior coach.

Faraz Follows, age: 17
club: FC Jundullah, country: England
value: 42 750 £, wage: 630 £
very good form, tragic tactical discipline

unsatisfactory stamina unsatisfactory keeper
very good pace average defender
hopeless technique average playmaker
adequate passing poor striker

Thanks in advance.

Muhajir - If you are training pace, it might pay you to hold onto him until he hits formidable. Trouble is, he doesn't have much in terms of skill. If you could prove talent though ( 2 or 1 week pops ) someone might offer you a few hundred thousand for him. Otherwise, 50 k tops.

Anyone give me a value on this guy ?

Pleundert van Rooijen, age: 26

club: Norwich City Nil, country: Nederland
value: 646 200 £, wage: 6 285 £
superdivine form, formidable tactical discipline

formidable stamina poor keeper
brilliant pace excellent defender
magical technique very good playmaker
incredible passing adequate striker

£2m+?

that + depends on how much people are willing to ignore his low pm i'd guess :)

Proof of talent would definitely help, as ncn says. Even without it, I'd pay more than the £50k he suggests. But I am rubbish with money..

LOL eirikr .. I am training pace so will train him like you suggested ncn.

Thanks to both eirikr and ncn.

if he hits formidable pace at 17, you might find that he flies off the shelf. Also a random in passing would help a lot.

on the other hand i sold a 17yr old striker with outstanding pace and good striker and got under 150k for him
2009-09-24 14:18:10
ouch - was that with proof of talent ?
2009-09-24 16:18:04
yup...4.5wk sty got him. mind you then got carded and injured several times and sty didn't really max his training so that's him ruined sadly

unless the talent is 4 or unders, and there is proof, it does seem difficult to shift youths.

actually i said 4.25 which will be correct - it was a while back after all so i forget exact - and if you look here you will see the graph for his pace pop to outstanding in 5 weeks. i have nothing else saved.
2009-09-24 18:05:31
You siad this to be precise, so you did actually say talent of 4 or even less
