Silly season starts around when everyone gets their season ending bonuses or so... So everyone has an excess of money coming into them.

Week 14 - Sunday - last league games
Week 14 - Wednesday - regular friendly (or friendly league matches)
Week 15 - Sunday - Qualification Matches
Week 15 - Wednesday - last friendly games (or friendly league)
Week 15 - Friday - players get older and their wages are updated
Week 0 - Sunday - free time - No games.
Week 0 - Monday - after season payments (supporter renewal and sponsor bonus)
Week 0 - Wednesday - first round of national cup games
Week 1 - Sunday - first league games.
