I think you are looking at £600k minimum for him, easily be twice as much, it's always difficult to value younger players.

I would have thought around the £300k area myself. I sold a 18 y/old v.good def with good pace but no tech or passing & pm for just over £132k just this week.

With the way prices are for mids at the moment I would guess around the £600-£700k range. But it could quite possibly be more.
