eh, I'll give you a guess of 350k. If he is talented, and you have that proof, then I'd say ~550-600k
If he's talented you'll need to post an image(s) of his training progress from SO, SV or whatever you use to track progress.

You're going to struggle to prove talent then.
When you say 1 week to weak Tech and 2 weeks to solid Pace ..the player was already poor tech and good pace when you bought him?

To prove talent you would need 2 consecutive skillups and then a screenshot linked in his notes. Anything else is based on trust, though not many are willing to bet money on faith:)

As things stand you haven't got any indication OR proof of talent ...yet.
As has been mentioned, you need the time taken from one pop to the next to prove talent - he could already have been part way to both the tech and pace pops.
So suggesting talent of 1 week and 2 weeks respectively, would be naive at best...
