I meant for each of them, but now i look again, I think I overestimated...

I'd say from 400k to 600k for them individually... 350k would be unlucky

this guy is up for sale... out of my price range for sure (a mere £2m to spend) but how much will he go for...? surely another contender for super mid

You might have a chance with 2m if you get a good bargain, I would expect 2.5m and above though.

I think he could for up to £2.7m but definately more than £2m...as you have now found out :D
