My guess although not as expert as wdps, is around 4m give or take based on factors such as luck, selling time, day etc...

Reasoning, Gelder went for 3.5m at the age of 27, b4 the market went crazy. However as I said my knowledge in this area is not up to date, as I havnt been monitoring the market recently; and almost never monitor the higher tier market.
