ok, what about this guy. he was my striker last season, but i feel he wont do it this year without 2 more seasons of training. whats he worth?

nice player, around £275k, but if you improve striker/ a random in passing you will get a lot more

im training tec so this isn't an option, and as im going to lose most games this season, he will play defence untill outstanding tec, then get sold for an older defender, and a new trainee or a defencive mid.
