I believe Shephard is of NT potential, train his def and pace for another 2 seasons and you will make a lot more than you can now.

I think Shephard could get close to £1m in though, although £500-£750k is more realistic.

Monnington could be getting around £200k+.

also, no Shepherds wages aren't that high based on value, as he has low stamina, and pm, pass and striker are very low, so affect his value badly, as wages are mainly based on the high skills of the def, pace and tech he has.

I'd think £750-£1m, age could be a problem,but he is good enough to sell for afew bob.

Pretty good mid trainee, id say 1-250k.

Lack of tech and pace make the 18 year old less desirable to the top teams so I would have thought around £600k-£800k.

29 y/old hindered by age but is still looking like a class player, probably around £400-£500k.

I'd say closer to £700-£800k for the 29yo.

I never have been good with mid valuations!!!

You reckon, that'd be good - he's a sound player, but the ages counts against him. Could certainly do a job for someone for a few seasons though I think, perhaps I'll list at £800k and see if anyone bites.
