This is only ever impressive if he was a 3 week popper in the YS.

Too many people state this thinking there player is talented when 2 or 3 week pops at low levels are very common.

What, can you explain exactly what you mean by that?

You need to quantify talent, so for example, 3 week talent in youth school, or 3 weeks to pop from average to Adequate pace.

Well, he could be fairly talented then. I expect my talented pace trainees to still be popping every 2 weeks at weak pace, but then I do have better coaches.

say if i got him to formid striker ,formid stamina,excellent pace ,formid tech excellent pace then how much would he sell for and is that possible or could i get better stats in 3/4 seasons
