2007-10-27 22:59:22
i agree with you there, it is so mad on the transfer market, i would rather buy in mid season thats were all the bargains are
2007-10-27 22:59:42
they dont call me bargain hunter for nothing
2007-10-27 23:03:29
i get more bargains than you :)

but i needed to buy 1st tram players so i got robbed a bit this season :P
2007-10-28 20:46:40
they dont call me bargain hunter

Corrected your typo there Ken.
2007-10-28 20:49:42
they do!
2007-10-28 20:52:55
Isn't that because Ken is the Bargain hunter for £2?
2007-10-28 20:58:44
Interpretation of 'bargain' is a bone of contention.
2007-10-28 21:03:58
haha not for £2 though but i do find bargains
2007-10-28 23:21:20
how much can i make with him?

Ricardo Seoane, age: 23
value: 72 300 £, wage: 1 110 £
club: Maggica ROMA, country: Schweiz
poor form, average tactical discipline

excellent stamina, tragic keeper
adequate pace, hopeless defender
weak technique, formidable playmaker
good passing, adequate striker
2007-10-29 10:34:32
i reckon 300k because its early into the season
2007-10-29 10:37:41
Less than that I would have thought. Age, because of training, and lack of pace and tech goes against him. Nearer £200k i would have thought, but with the market the way it is you never know! He could go for £300k+!!
2007-10-29 12:33:48
It's dependant on talent, but if you assume he's averagely talented, to get to 3 * excellent :

5 * tech pops, say 3 weeks each ? = 15 weeks

3 * striker pops, 3 weeks each = 9 weeks

1 pace pop = 3 weeks

15 + 9 + 3 = 27 weeks. So if you train him properly and he has a reasonable talent, he could be 3 * excellent by the time he's 22, 3 * formidable by late 22, early 23.

I need a striker, better than excellent with some technique. What do you think i'll be looking to pay someone for that?
