Subject: VALUATIONS thread
I want to improve my dfenders and feel that I have better midfielders to cover for the first guy. If I can sell them then I would have 4mil for 2 defenders adn could sell another guy for roughly a mil and improve my forwards. Obviously that only works if I get enough money
the big problem I have is knowing what the starting prices should be, you got any idea?
You should advertise them until you get one or two starting offers.
All four players have very decent talent, talent which can be proved, but I have been buying extra players so need to get rid of a couple of trainees.

Well, its nice to get valuations from you Ken, I know you do try.
To be honest though, I would be mortified if they sold for those prices, very cheap I would think.
Anyone else have an opinion?

i just noticed they are too low, if i had those players, I wouldn't like my players going for that much
John Broadbent - £250-£300k
Joerg Brammer - £250-£300k (low estimate, but good secondaries may push the price up)
Ingo Springer - £400-£500k (nicely rounded so maybe more)
Hipólito Reynoso - £300-£400k (nice def trainee, would be alot more if PM was two or 3 levels higher)

Hipólito Reynoso I just refused a bid of 800-900k for him, I guess I value him higher!!
John Broadbent = 150k - 200K
Joerg Brammer = 300k - 350K
Ingo Springer = 500k - 600K
Hipólito Reynoso = 550K - 650K (Bought an 18yo with a similar blend of skills 2 weeks ago for 570K)

Heh, well I am being evil, looking for a fair bit more than that for Reyonso.
The problem for me selling is that he has pretty much the highest talent I have ever seen, and will have popped in DEF, PM and Pace within the next 2-3 weeks if my estimates of random pops are correct.

Anyway, I think that on Friday I will certainly be listing Springer. As for which other trainee to list, I think that may depend on if any of them random pop during the training update.
John Broadbent = 50k-100k i have seen players go for less with his skills
Joerg Brammer = 600-700k close to aging will damage him
Ingo Springer = 250k-300k to old
Hipólito Reynoso = 900k-1.1mill easily

Its interesting how the valuations vary so wildly for the same players.
Shows how its all a matter of opinion really, it all depends on who wants to buy.
