He needs to get more tech tranings, but I won't have this in the next 2 season. So for him (and for his NT) is the best thing to do is to put him on transfer list. That's all, that's the reason why he will leave my club. He got the talent to be a decent player, but unfortunately I can't train him more at the moment.
