I was sure that this is Romanian arrange cup, and Romanian is home-team,
and we Wikings are visitors.

Match 78, Romanian team, picolo, had send friendly in my stadion to Finland.

Is it OK to accept, or is it new friendly-ask in cup-rules in Romania ?

Unfortunately you are right. Romania has lost another point right now, but if you can please wait until sunday with arranging another match because if I found a opponent from the alliance with another friendly I can set you with the remaining romanian team, if it's a equally value team.
