Greetings to the whole community!
I introduce myself my name is Alexander, I'm an Architect, and play Sokker from thirteen years, with commitment and passion always constant.
I have been in National Selection for many seasons and I am honored to know many international managers and my experience is very varied and is the following:

My best success I got them with Ungheria winning the bronze medal in the World Championship and with CROAZIA winning the MINI WORLD CUP and winning the silver medal in the U27 EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIP
I consider necessary, also an ongoing relationship with the C.T-21 to program the proper growth of young talents.
As always in my previous mandates I and my staff have always guaranteed the highest enthusiasm, commitment and professionalism, it is no coincidence that in all the countries I have trained I have always made new and beautiful friendships.
One of the activities to which the utmost attention is the constant construction and updating of the Database that I consider to be an indispensable tool for a CT
I would love if some managers were interested in joining as an active part of the staff to obtain a better understanding of the community!

Just one question for the start:
We have a lot of interest in the NTs but it doesn't actually show that much in the NT forum. Are you ok at writing pre-game and post-match analysis, also put similar effort for the less important friendlies ect. even if there's barely any replies in the forums?

I have always analyzed the matches in the post match whether they are friendly matches or official matches, regardless of participation in the forum, also out of respect for those who follow the events of the national team.

I could ask a few questions as everyone else are in their basements hiding from Covid and drinking vodka
1. Why do you want to coach Suomi, is there a specific reason for that?
2. Have you been following our NT in the past seasons, what would you say are the strong parts and what is there to develop?
3. What is your main philosophy in NT sokker. Is it parking a bus like uncle José or Greece in 2004, sexy football with loads of goals in both ends, something else..? :) What type of tactics do you normally use, 541, 442, 4312, 433..?
4. I guess the bronze with Hungary is your highlight in NT level, also the achievements with Croatia. Could you tell about other great results you've achieved, some games perhaps where you outplayed the opponent?

Then the dogs crawl out from their caves barking.. :D It might feel at some point that you're working for yourself only but that's not the case at all. We Finns just tend to warm up quite slowly. But when we do, then the sauna is on and stays on.

Mä voin suomennella aamulla kun oon päätteellä, kännykällä ei jaksa näpytellä.
3-Mine is a balanced sokker, my teams are always attentive and provided in defense, the midfield is almost always aggressive and the attackers are very fast and deep!
As for the secondary skills, I really love defenders with high playmaker and technique, midfielders with technique and strikers with a very high defense value which is essential to steal the ball from the opponent and start again !!
For what is currently the engine of sokker to look for the result, the tactic I often used is the 5-3-2 (with or without a wing) but the module that is most congenial to me is undoubtedly the 4-3-1 -2 (with wing)

Sitten kysyin että onko DON SAL seurannut meidän maajoukkueen otteita ja mitkä ovat vahvuudet ja heikkoudet? Hän vastasi että on seurannut meidän majua ja kohtasi meidät taannoin MM-kisojen puolivälierissä Unkarin kanssa. Unkari voitti 1-0, mutta meidän keskikenttämme vahvuus jäi mieleen. Kehityskohteita ei osaa sanoa, ennen kuin on tutustunut meidän pelaajiston taitoihin.
Kolmantena kyssärinä utelin hänen pelitavastaan, onko se bussitus, hurlumhei vai jotain siltä väliltä. Vastaus oli, että tasapainoinen futis. Tarkka ja aktiivinen puolustus, keskikenttä melkein aina tosi agressiivinen ja hyökkäykset nopeita. Aputaidoista hän pitää puolustajilla pelinrakennuksesta ja tekniikasta, keskikentillä tekniikasta ja höökeillä korkea puolustustaito on pop. Nykypelimoottorilla hän käyttää usein 532:a joko laiturilla tai ilman tai 4312:a laiturilla.

Thanks for the very comprehensive response! You put a lot of effort in digging all those matches throughout the seasons, got to appreciate that! :) The U27 final you lost to Suomi in the past, it must've been when Andreac was our coach?!

Hi everybody, I decided to write a few words on this forum because I played many times against DON SAL and I can ensure you he is a very preparated manager with strong passion.
I'm sure he could do a very good job with your glorious NT and I hope to play against him with Israel soon,
