I "WIN THE NATIONAL TEAM" COMPETITION!
Good morning, everyone.
I would also like to propose here a competition that we have been doing in Italy for many years (we also do it for the U21 national team).
The best players in each category (GK,DEF,MID,ATT) will be awarded 90' minutes in the friendly match in week 1 of next season
In case of injury, for which the winner will not be able to participate in the national team match, or omission of the player in TA for skill check in week 15
substitutes will be chosen strictly according to the final ranking
RULES
- player age between 21 and 27
- maximum of 3 players per team (2 or 1 is fine)
- possibility to register, unsubscribe or replace players at any time during the season
- at the time of registration it is necessary to declare the category (GK,DEF,MID,ATT) in which the player will participate
- at the time of registration the player must be put on "transfer announcement" for skill check
-enrolment can be done immediately and will be valid on Thursday 29 December 2022 (with a minimum of 12 enrolled players, otherwise it will be postponed until the following Thursday)
- if the registered player is sold, he will be automatically excluded from the competition
- no minimum skill level
- value shots:
at terrible, unsatisfactory and poor 0.5 points (3 skills)
to weak, average and acceptable 1 point(3 skills)
to good and solid 1,5 points (2 skills)
excellent and excellent 2 points (2 skills)
to formidable and extraordinary 2,5 points (2skills)
a incredible and splendid 3 points (3skills)
a magical and superhuman 3,5 points (2skills)
to divine 4 points
super divine 5 points
e.g. a guy shoots in technique from weak to medium and in speed from tragic to tremendous: he gains 1+0,5 points
- for the ranking the shots for the skill Endurance do not count
- The shots are valid until Thursday of week 1 of the next season. On that day the player will be put back into the 'transfer announcement' for the skill check.
- Every Thursday you can declare your player's shots in this topic in order to have a partial ranking.

Do I understand this correct, you put a player here and the players with most points gained during the season will get a NT game..?

Yes, exactly. Players who are registered here, where their skills can be seen (to check in TA) will be able to participate in the competition.

It's a fun idea, but the biggest problem is that we Finns don't have a sense of humour.
How has it gone in Italy, have the players been total jokes or have they been "good" players who have won the competition? :)

In Italy, an average of 20 to 30 users participate.
Often the players who win the competitions we do, then also become starters in our U21 or NT.
It's a way to have fun, to show the shots of our players, to debut players in the national team, and to get players trained for our national team ;-)

I like the idea, but as my boyfriend said we have max. 10 users who write in the forum so maybe this doesn't work here.. :)

It's been only a few days since Christmas, I bet at least seven of them are still too drunk to write. And New Year is coming.. maybe in mid-January they've all found their way here..
