Hey,
My wife has to find some info about construction process in Finland to her work. Could you help us to find some instruction / guides / brochures about how step by step this process is conducted.

Also info about where to get persmision will be useful.

Is here somebody who knows this topic? Or somebody who will help us and give some link to sites (in English) which are about it?
