pa lahko bi kupil malo boljšega trenerja...pri mladinskem trenerju je važno samo kakšen trener je...

Jaz obdržim igralca s skilom weak, če ima do konca veliko tednov. Če ne napreduje po 5 tednih ga odpustim.

Če ima igralec do konca manj kot 10 tednov, potem obdržim igralce z adequate skillom.

Pri trenerju mladincev je dobro, da so vsi skilli uravnoteženi. S tem trenerjem si lahko zadovoljen, če si ne moreš kupiti boljšega.

jaz obdržim weak 1 teden če v čet skoč potem ostane drugače je poslan na večno pot v KURILNICO!
