he comes to te junoir school as lavel 8 , and he was in school around 25-30 weeks.

And he was incredible (13) when you pulled him? Only 5 levels in 25-30 weeks is not really a great talent ;-)

he comes from the school this week :D

maybe for magical coach, but he probably have not so good coach.
and start level can be less then 8, 7 or even 6. I know some players who lost 2 levels in one week.

One of my players go like this: 4-5-7-5-6-7, and tell me what is his level now? seven? I dont think so.

That's true. With the new system it's much harder to define the exact talent. But over 25-30 weeks you could get quite a good idea about his talent.
