Hallo, i am keik0 from Germany.
I regarded the last saison of your national team and i saw that your last manager wasn´t able to build a team for the u-21 world-cup. he wasn´t even able to create different tactics and even friendly games were missed.
I see a great potential in your county because there are enough good players to build a team which could be strong enough to participate in world cups.
this saison i promoted to the strong 3rd league in Germany and that by only playing over a year sokker. i like to create new tactics and know much about it. i am very often online and read every day in the different forums to learn more about the game. i look at the great teams to learn more about playing in different ways.
my goals will be to create a good working youth system. i will search for young players in the age of 16 to 19 to have a look for their chances for the national team. i will try to manage the training of good players and show to xou if the national players are for selling that you have the chance to buy them and have the possibilty to get one of these players in your team. i will speak with the community about played games to know what are you thinking about my work and to make it better.
