I agree with you, but there's always a slight chance. Two seasons ago, England and Scotland were also stronger, but you won against them.

Slovenija luckily tied with Turkey before some time, but these countries are developing every day. Norway and Slovenia had good start positions but now they need new users or they will have dark future and only will decline.

Yep, that's right, Slovenija deffinately needs new users. The gap between Slovenija and the 'top-30' countries is getting bigger and bigger. It's also important that this moments Slovenian talents get optimum training, so Slovenija would at least have some top players to compete against other countries.
