Subject: [NT U21] Demont

Hello Slovenija,

Maybe a bit late, but I decided to run for the U21 Slovenian NT elections. Some of you maybe know me already, because I ran in the Slovenian NT elections already two times before.

My name is Roel Demont, I'm 25 years old and I'm from Holland. I'm working in the billing department of an international company in Dublin, Ireland.
I'm playing sokker now for almost three years and have a lot of experience. My team (VfB Stuttgart) just had his best season ever and ended up on a 3rd place in the Dutch second division
with a rating of 59.1 over the whole season (15th best team of the Netherlands). I'm a defender trainer and like to play a bit on the counter, always playing with a winger.

I'm still following the Slovenian NT and reading the forum and I have to admit that my decision to run in these elections is a bit caused by the story with Jiler, who tried to run for the NT elections, but had some problems with other managers on this forum. It's a shame there's no discussion possible on this forum, because the Slovenian NT and now U21 is affected by it. I keep saying that Slovenia is quite a small country in sokker, but has some potential because it's an older sokker country. There are already some superb players (Adamovic is the most famous offcourse) and I'm sure it's possible to have more of these great players for Slovenia in the future.

As you all know, the next season will be the first ever with U21 teams, so it's new for everybody. It's important that the NT coach and the U21 coach have a good communication, because some of the U21 players are future NT players.
Next season, there will be only friendly matches for U21 teams, so this season should be used to get a good overview of all the younger players in Slovenia. I would like to communicate with the managers about their training plans for their U21 players, to make sure they will get the best of training. I'll also set up more detailed U21 requirements, for players 17-18/19-20/21, so every manager will get an idea how to train their young Slovenian talents.
Offcourse it's also important to have success with the U21 team and I'll try my best to reach a good ranking with the U21 team. Because over more seasons, it would be great to qualify with the team for the U21 World Cup!

So, please vote for me and I won't dissapoint you. As a U21 coach you have to spend a lot of time and I'm willing to do that. I know that I'm quite late with my decision to run for these elections and that managers already made their vote. I hope they will change their mind, also because one of the favorites at the moment (čevap) always played with the same tactics (called 'reform') and did not always arrange friendlies for the NT, something what will be very important for the U21 next season...I think it's time for a change and I hope Slovenian managers agree with me.
