Ok boys, I can prepare something for new players. but someone have to translate it. Can you help me?
Here is first part of advices for new players, it's a lot of work, but you can do it slowly. Anybody will help?
Sectors
To improve efficiency of your players you should prepare a good tactic. Tactic is the most important thing in sokker. You should remember, that you have to edit tactic in every sectors of the pitch. If you change white ball position you change sector. Tactic, which you choose for sector will be used in the match, when the ball will be in that sector.
Deffensive line
Good deffensive play is the key to win the match. Your defenders shouldn't stay closer than 16-meters (only if the ball is in your penalty box, you have to put them back). When your players will stay in the front of penalty box, they will stopped opponents atacks, and their strikers wouldn't make a shot from distance.
Of course, when action is near opponent's penalty box, defence should stayhigher to prevent counter attacks.
Midfielders and wingers
Good High wing tactic is really powerfull. When you put your winger high (you can put him on the line with strikers) you must know that many balls from defenders and midfielders will be passed to this winger. He should have nice pace (and technique), because defenders of your opponent will try to stop him. You must remember to put someone in blank, you can put offensive midfelder there, because when you play with high wing, you don't have to play with offensive midfielder.
Skills important for each position
a)Goalkeeper
The most imporant skill for GK is keeper, when this skill is high, the goalkeeper will be able to saved more one-on-one situations, and strong shoots. He will catch difficult balls safty in his hand too. Pace is also really important, because when GK is faster, he will run "higher" quickly on the one-on-one situations, or to ownerless ball. Third skills, which good keeper should have is passing. When goalkeeper have high level of passing, he will pass the ball carefully to teammates.
b)Center Defender
Players on this position need some skills except defender, and pace. Very important is high level of technique. Players with good technique won't lose balls easy when opponent attack them, and they will get ball after pass. Next important skill is playmaker. If player have it, he will know what to do in hard situations, and he will kick ball to the center of the pitch, not on throw-ins. He will also choose better options to start attack. Passing is not so nessecary, but of course is better when your defender have it.
c)Side Defender
If your player don't have technique, put him on the left or right side of the deffensive line. Players on this position, really need pace, because wingers of opponents will try to run as close as it's possible to your penalty box. To kick ball forward to teammates, defenders except playmaker need passing skill.
d)Defensive Midfielder
This position demand "universal soldier". Player on this position need: playmaker, defender, pace, technique (because he can't lose ball few meters behind penalty box) and passing. He needs stamina too, because during the match, he have to work hard by 90 minutes.
e)Center Midfielder
This player specially needs high level of playmaker, and passing, he don't have to be very fast, but of course it's better if he is. When your center midfielders have really nice passing they will surely try to find strikers.
f)Winger
Winger is really important for your team, you can win almost every matches, if you know what to do with good winger. This player needs passing, like no one else, high passing level give your player chances to play good ball into penalty box. Winger must be fast, and playmaker skill is really important too. If your winger have technique too, nobody will stop him.
g)Striker
Not only three head skills (striker, pace and technique) are important for strikers, they also need playmaker skill too! If your striker have better playmaker skill, he will make decision faster, and he will choose better options. Sometimes strikers have defender skill too, to tackle opponents defender and start his run on goal.

P.s. I have watched a game from slovenija u-21 team before a week or so. and why we have green outfit? you haved a anketa and I think the white color was the winner. so if you chancge that I mayge gonna do it, but I woudn't trust me.

When this "ankieta" was actiive whole green win. We can change it if you (not only belec :-P) want it.
I asked cevap to translate it, but he said that he has summer job, but today he was on sokker from 10, and then from 13, I don't know why nobody can help, it's about 30 minutes or less.

A few words from me:
Defensive line
If you are using 3 defenders, moving sidebacks toward front is a big mistake. The same with 4 defenders, 5 defs is minimum number which allows to use efficiently sidebacks.
example: --x-----x-- or --x-------x--
====== -----x-----== -----x-x----
such set-ups are wrong becouse even not talented tacticion can use it against you by setting player behind your sideback's back. extremely dangerous, may result in crashing defeat ;-)
I love opponents with such defensive lines :P
Next thing I wanted to mention about is playing with high defensive line so that you can make enemy to commit many offsides. Generally, especialy with fast defenders it makes sens, however every muff of your defender will couse one on one situation. You get much higher possesion in exchange. risky one but sometimes worthy. However I remember my match with shoots like 3-19 which I won 3:2... So, be sure you want to risk ;-)
Midfielders and wingers
About high wing - he should also have high passing... otherwise his actions won't give you much profits.
When he's set wide and has ball no one attacks you - it's very important when playing with stronger enemies - detaining ball. So It's worth sometimes to play him very wide. And of course his passing at level of the box are also very valuable.
Also I find defending midfielders as something neccessary. Even with playing with 5 defenders. 1 or 2 def-mids will make your back much more secure.
Attackers
Not much to say about, when opponent has for defs it's worth to put one att on side, one in center. If not, they can play symetrically (however I prefer one in center always).
Also moving them slightly when ball moves octagonally in tactic can benefit in good situation as att may lose defender from his back this way.
setting att very high:
-many offsides
+possibly a few one on one situation granted by receptions of ball from defs and by defs' muffs.
setting att very low:
+no offsides
+potentially many fauls commited by rival's mids/def-mids
-a lot of lost balls during defenders' intervetions
generally unless you have att with passing at least very good and with at least adequate playmaking it doesn't makes sense to set att very low.
And from my experience in 80% of matches compromise is the best ;-) Try to set att's in line with enemie's defs.
Skills important for each position
