Quiet good :-) And which juniors is currently in your youth school?

I have 23 youths. But they are not so good, I mean I not see any future star, like Knap:)

Some players will be reject. Their speed I had write in excel.

I will quit doing juniors because i get just noobs.

Maybe you, but I got realy good young players from my youth scooh.

many good strikers from my youth school:-like grade polanec, noe rudonja, slavnko nahtigal, lopata, trop...(one problem was when I traing strkes that I had to many strikers for training, in one moment more then 10) and they speed training was very fast when they being in youth school-four week or even less then four.
The last very good youth is zdenko knap and he training very fast.

If you haven't plus, then write you down your youth players, and you will se who is fast in training and who is not.

Evo še nekaj kar mislim da je kar dobro upoštevati. Npr če dobiš nekega igralca pa je pod to mejo ga pustiš za en teden ali malo več, pa vidiš kako napreduje, če hitro ga pustiš, če ne odpustiš.
Nekaj igralcev mam blizu preskoka ki ne ispolnjujejo teh zahtev, ampak, če npr dobil solid igralca in ma 3 tedne do konca ali kaj podobnega ga pustiš, čeprav bo najverjetneje slab in zanj ne obiš nič.
Sicer pa mladinec z outstanding skupnim skilom, bo že verjetno nekaj keša prinesel, ali pa ga treniraš sam dalje.

polcek, you have to try. Slovenija needs new, good players. To get profits from youth school you should have at least formidable coach, and then you have to be patient.

Its shit i have very very good trainer and i get bad players

For example :

unsatisfactory and he have kinda 12 or something like that weeks left -.-

I mean WTF i dont have luck whit this juniors

Oh, this way, so just keep going, someday you will earn a lot of money.

I have informations for you, on polish forum is a topic, when NT's coaches can make an advert of player from his NT country. So, if you have good players, for sell, you can infrom me, and I will write then.

Ye i knew you gona think about skill "very good" first but i have incredible trainer.

He have nice skills but i guess i dont have luck whit this little bastards xD

You must open five places for new youths!

Attention: If you reduce the number of places in the school to fewer than the players currently within it, any excess players will be removed..

I think i will going to sell Jenic, because his training speed is 5 weeks:)

Bukovnik will be excellent, but like I was told before, under outstanding is not good, maybe formidable is go to.

Danev is training very fast.
Janžič is training very fast-I mean realy fast!
and Jaromel is training very fast.
very fast=pop 4x on week or less.

and for few players I don't know their training spead because they are not so long in my club.

And tell me what are you goint to train now and in next season, because Knap can become NT star for sure.

I had 5 places for juniors but still no use :S
