Now I have arranged Slovensko (week 10) and Cymru (week after both of us lose on mini WC) and 100% a want to play against Česká republika I wait only on shedule

You have to do it quickly, because every coaches book their matches in first day.
choose weaker opponents so you could improve NT ranking. you can not beat Slovensko and Česká republika, they have much more users which is, probably, the most important thing for strength of U21 NT.

I know I try it but I lots of managers are net online now
pay attention - Week 1 is actually first week of next season.

in NT yes but in U21 is week 1 this friday becouse sokker week start in saturday

I know we need weaker opponents but not only themrank is good think but we need few match against strong, becouce in qualificacion group in next season we will have some of them and we need try how to play.

by my oppinion - it's better to try to reach 32nd position (2nd pool in draw) so your chances to qualify to WC would be higher.

I try arranged friaendly with azerbaydzan it has better rank but similar quality :-)
with Česká republika I want to play U19 againt U21 a wait on respond czech coach
