Subject: [U21] čevap

If you look at the statistics from the U21 Group, Slovenija did well to finish 3rd. According to the averages, B&H, Australia and Singapore were (much) better. So you can't say that čevap didn't do a good job at all.

However, Slovenija did well against B&H and Australia (1 win and 3 draws), but lost points against the weaker opponents. It was good to play defensive against the top teams, but čevap should have changed the tactics for the other matches. Slovenija played with only one striker in most of the matches and couldn't create enough chances.
In that perspective, it is a pity that Slovenija U21 didn't qualify for the World Cup, because there were possibilities...

Much better!? Hmmm Slovenija had better marks in second match, and worse (huge 0.6 point difference) in first match :-)

But even so small differences is nothing and tactic can make everything.

@edit: Generally I was surprised of not so bad performance, because cevap wasn't good at senior NT, but I think that he could make more.

I think cevaq did a very good job, its easy to talk abouth the lost match now, but would you realy done it better if your were the u21 coach? I dont think so. :(

I had 3rd palce behind Brasil and Italy, so these teams are out of our possibilities. I think that I belive that I could make it better. I'm not 100% sure about it and of course it's not said that I would do it better, but I think that not everything was done this time.

@It wasn't bad season, but it was big possibility to promote on WC, so that why I'm moaning

i have one question for čevap

is there some punishments if a player is on the announcements and 2 users agree for what price? and the manager who owns the player puts him on that price and after that other manager doesn't pay?

i saw you are U21 coach so you must know that.

thats the same like president elections. candidates must be prepare for all questions (sex life, lovers, kids, private things...) and must have prepared answers!

would you put player to play in NT if he is transfer listed by chiter (who bought him for less then the deal was)? would you do the best for NT or you thing that good punish for that new owner would be if he lost NT player? for your opinion what punish would be good enough?
