Hello Slovenija

I hope many of you know me, since my work in Slovenia U21 4 season ago. If not, I start with some basic information about me. Than I will mention some of my plans. If you have any questions please ask me here or through sk-mail

I am 20 years old and I live in Prague in Czech republic. Since september I study at university that means I have lots of time on sokker. :) I am playing sokker already 17 seasons and regularly I´m taking place in foreground of 2nd Czech league. I have also experience with NT one season in Slovenia U21 and one season after that in Czech U21 (smooth advance on WC). But after two NT season I had to take a break, because my study requirements in real life needed lots of my time :)

If you vote me I will do everything to help Slovenia to be better and better. My primary target is take this team on word cup. We are in group K with Belgium, Colombia, Island, Nigeria and U.A.E. I think you must agreed with me if I say that Belgium is absolute favorite of this group and any loss with Nigeria and U.A.E is unimaginable, but there is a good chance to take 2nd place at the expense of Colombia and Island.
As secondary target I must mention that I want to improve scouting and cooperation with U21 coach and with owners of NT players to found and help to improve all potential NT players as I made last time. (From my work born for example Obrat Janžič)

MAIN INFORMATIONS

Hello everyone
Next season I want to continue in the work begun. If you want know some basic information about me and my club you can read post from last votes. There is only one pleasant change. That is my progress to the first Czech league. Finally :)

REKAPITULATION

Team under my lead this season, although not fulfilled its primary objective, the qualify to the World Cup, but if I look backwards I is to overdone target. Belgium and Colombia are out of our forces than I think 3. place before Island is good result. In qualification we are able to administered consistently good performance without big mistakes. And in friendly matches I want to try some new players ant tactics than sometimes we succeeded (8:1 with uruguay and 3:0 with south africa) but also some fails with kypros kypros, moldova, and today (I must APOLOGIZE for todays match I only want to try something new crazy on international scene but it didnt work as here in this match in my club

Also not forget the complete restoration of a database, find some new player (Trinko) and provide training for many youngers


NEW TARGETS

Next season we don´t play any oficial tournament, than I want to expand database and improve education of young plaers to prepare team for future. We need improve education of young players. Although we have perspective midfielders in ideal age(Klemenc, Klemencic, Jurczek, Knap or Tusek) and Obrat Janžič is word class to but the other lines are old and far behind compared to world. In defend we have only Setovit Trinko and Saso golobic for future. And in ofensive? We haven´t got any attackers under 30yo comparable to word.

The secondary target is to try to improve rank on level of TOP 32 for a better position in the next classification

Hello everyone

There are a new season with new votes and I want to candidate again

I know, result is not so good.But that is a problem of quality of players.

I don´t be able to defend better whan I dont have any 2x Divine defender, and without any midelfild with defending higher than 12 :(

I don´t be able to score more gaols if your best striker are still yout of form and sum of att skill are 46

We have only 3-4 players who are be able to compete with word. (Janžič, Jurczek, Klemenc, Klemencic) And unfortunately 3 all of them are ofensive midlefields than I often can´t use all of them

But still I wanna continue, becouse our young generation (20-24y) looks much better, in 2-4 seasons we are finnaly can secure aour defending phase becouse players like Adam, Trinko, Toplak or Sadek grown :) and also Abramovic will improve our ofensive potencial in future but they need some time :)




My plan for next season are try to arrange weaker oponents for easy wins to upgrade rank which will be important for position in next qualifi group :)

PS:I know my activity on forum is minimal, I wanna comunikate, but if there are´nt any reaction than it don´t make sense

5-4-1 tactics is very bad, you only wait to get less goals, you do "nothing" to win. If opponent is not 2x better then us, then 5-4-1¸is very bad...

New Zealand, r.dominicana, azerbayn is not so good teams, and 5-4-1 or 6-3-1, you afraid someting? Those teams you must attack not play defesive.

dampyros...it's obvious you don't have any idea about tactics. i would say that the 541 with wings is the most powerfull tactic in sokker. you have a strong defence (most important in sokker), you have at least 1 def-mid who destructs opponents attack and delivers good long balls to wingers or the attacker, 2 wingers who take the ball deep in the opponents defence and deliver crosses-the second most important thing in sokker, you have maybe an attacking mid who can deliver good short or long passes into space, and you have the key point of this tactic - a very good single attacker who can shoot from long directions and scores with his head at any time.

but i agree...surely we must play more attacking tactics against weaker opponents, and yes...i don't like 631 or 433 tactics on NT matches...IMO they are very unbalanced in mid and you loose too much balls

you obviously are much better manager then I am.
If the opponent is weaker then we are, then we will play 6-3-1... if you know what tactics is the best in sokker (5-4-1 or 4-5-1) then you do not know, which tactics goes to better or weaker opponent then we are. and 6-3-1 or 5-4-1 was not right tactics(we lost 3x against same or worst teams)

Your ideas is little funy, beacouse you sort out the teams only by average mark. How I can use more attackers when we dont have them?

In my opinion is ideal sum of skills (striking, pace, technique) of useable attacker on NT level 48(3x16)
and our situation?

Aljancic (pac,tech,str) - 15,15,16 - Out of form for whole season
Adamovic - 14, 16, 16 - He was injured for a long time and out of form
Kovačič - 15, 13, 16 - injured for whole season
Mocnik - 16, 15, 15 - the best one beacouse his form was around 10-15
Medovic - 17, 13, 14 - Injured for half season, to bad technique
Tomažič - 13, 15, 16 - To slow
Jan - 12, 16, 16 - To slow

how you did it?


And about defending?

We are be able to defend with 4 defenders but only in case, if-MIDs help us, that meas minimal 2 MIDs which are able to win a ball in the midlle ( defending 14 or higher) and other skills (playmaking, pace, passing, technique) minimaly 13. How manny players like that we have? 0 that means we need more defender, and their quality is also not so good.


Than why we have mark as we have? beacouse Jurczek, Klemenc, Klemencic and Janžič/Mlakar are the word TOP

PS: are you really think than in Real fotbal if you put Čech, Lampar, Nani and Roben in average team of Slovenija league than thay have same quality as for example AC Milan? NO but in average they are same
